{"id":550,"date":"2022-03-31T10:16:51","date_gmt":"2022-03-31T08:16:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/labcentro.it\/?p=550"},"modified":"2023-06-16T17:57:15","modified_gmt":"2023-06-16T15:57:15","slug":"retrovet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/labcentro.it\/it\/projects\/retrovet\/","title":{"rendered":"RetroVET: Introdurre elementi green nell&#8217;offerta di formazione VET attuale."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Periodo di attuazione:<\/strong>\u00a001.01.2022 \u2013 31.12.2024<br \/>\n<strong>Linea di finanziamento:\u00a0<\/strong>ERASMUS +<br \/>\n<strong>Numero del progetto:<\/strong>\u00a0KA220-VET-D4346E1E<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Presentazione del progetto.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>In tutto il Green Deal europeo, l&#8217;educazione \u00e8 una componente centrale per raggiungere gli obiettivi sul clima dell&#8217;UE.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ammodernamento delle infrastrutture e l&#8217;adeguamento delle industrie (obiettivo di sviluppo sostenibile 9) e l\u2019uso efficiente delle risorse naturali (obiettivo di sviluppo sostenibile 12) porteranno alla \u00a0transizione verso un&#8217;economia a basse emissioni di carbonio, efficiente nell&#8217;uso delle risorse e questo processo richiede cambiamenti sistemici che avranno una ricaduta non solo in nuovi prodotti e servizi ma anche sui processi produttivi e nei modelli di business (UNESCO, 2017). Questo &#8220;greening&#8221; dell&#8217;economia inevitabilmente cambia le competenze richieste in molte delle professioni esistenti (Commissione europea, 2020).<\/p>\n<p>RetroVET sostiene direttamente il Green Deal europeo come nuova strategia di crescita e riconosce il ruolo chiave della formazione professionale per una transizione di successo verso la neutralit\u00e0 climatica entro il 2050.<\/p>\n<p>RetroVET punta ad adattare la formazione professionale alle esigenze del mercato del lavoro in considerazione delle future esigenze, sostenendo lo sviluppo di strumenti innovativi che ispireranno i centri VET a offrire un mix equilibrato di competenze professionali legate alle professioni e ai metodi di lavoro esistenti e in evoluzione.<\/p>\n<p>RetroVET adatta l&#8217;offerta di formazione professionale e i posti di lavoro di oggi, per affrontare le esigenze del futuro mercato del lavoro europeo, aumentando l&#8217;occupabilit\u00e0 a lungo termine e la sostenibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Gli obiettivi di processo sono volti a: <\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribuire a sviluppare e promuovere una cultura verde tra gli istituti VET<\/li>\n<li>Colmare il gap di competenze tra i centri VET che hanno adottato con successo pratiche di implementazione delle competenze verdi, facilitando l&#8217;integrazione dei centri VET che non hanno adottato le pratiche ICT<\/li>\n<li>Sviluppare una collaborazione sviluppare uno strumento\/quadro collaborativo di mentoring tra pari e di miglioramento delle prestazioni per le competenze verdi europee in materia di VET<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Sfruttare le strutture moltiplicatrici delle reti europee di formazione professionale esistenti, utilizzando le strutture moltiplicatrici delle reti europee di formazione professionale e gli hub regionali per integrare il cambiamento delle competenze ICT nei centri di VET in tutta Europa.<\/li>\n<li>Promuovere e facilitare l&#8217;apprendimento delle competenze verdi attraverso la collaborazione interdisciplinare e l&#8217;apprendimento peer-to-peer tra i centri europei VET, i professionisti e gli stakeholder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Destinatari:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>formatori VET<\/li>\n<li>istituti di formazione VET<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Prodotti del progetto:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Rapporto sull&#8217;integrazione delle competenze verdi VET<\/li>\n<li>Strumento interattivo di benchmarking RetroVET<\/li>\n<li>Piattaforma RetroVET e strumento di abbinamento<\/li>\n<li>RetroVET Corso digitale per facilitatori<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Partenariato:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Cuiablue O\u00dc Estonia<\/p>\n<p>STOWARZYSZENIE CENTRUM WSPIERANIA EDUKACJI I PRZEDSIEBIORCZOSCI Poland<\/p>\n<p>LABC S.R.L.
